Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Slumbre bed is made to order in your chosen size and colour. Once your order is placed, your bed is dispatched within 5 to 12 working days. We'll keep you updated and let you know when it's on its way.

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland UK, including Scotland. Delivery is included in the price shown — there's no separate delivery charge at checkout.

Delivery service

Beds are delivered by a two-person service to your door. Someone will need to be available to receive the delivery. On the day, our courier or delivery team will be in touch with a time window.

Scotland and remote areas

Delivery to Scotland is included in our prices, with no additional remote-area surcharge. Delivery to some remote postcodes may take longer. If you'd like to check delivery availability or timing before ordering, email orders@slumbre.co.uk with your postcode.

Problems with delivery

If your delivery is delayed, or your bed arrives damaged, contact us straight away at orders@slumbre.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
