About us

This website is operated by Slumbre UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15371601), registered office Unit 4 Upper Livingstone Mills, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 6JH. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our beds are made to order. We take care to display colours and finishes accurately, but the appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and fabrics are natural products that can differ subtly between batches. Product images are for illustration.

Orders and pricing

When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email; this confirms we've received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your bed. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch, and if a price is clearly wrong we'll contact you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time you order, through our secure payment providers. Your order will be made and dispatched once payment has cleared.

Delivery

Delivery timescales and arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. As our beds are made to order, please allow the stated dispatch window.

Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
